Say Love Hotel Reservation regulation:
1. Not accepting the message transfer from sectary stage.
2. The company doesn’t preserve for the unable to contact, such as the telephone without answer(we have right to refuse the order), and e-mail address in-correct(we have right to refuse the order), not following the process of reservation ,we have right to refuse the order.
3. The reservation from official websites, have to following the price on the website (no special price), the reservation who try to change or argue the price. We have right to refuse the order.
4. Please payment in the deadline according the return e-mail from Customer Service Center.
5. The hotel does not provide the breakfast.
6. Check-In/Check-Out Time ( Short-time period have no regulation time) (The reservation from official website Check-In 14:00,Check-Out 12:00)
7. Check-Out time delay will take extra-charge NT 200/H, count by hours.
8. The precious item please keeping by personal, getting lost or been stolen we will not take respond for it.
9. Please control the volume of talking voice (please don’t bring the pets), the visitor limit at 30 minutes, or waiting at lobby for calling.
10. If the number of guest over the limit of room type,(NT 400/person or NT 400/bed), after midnight (24:00) there is not allowing of visitor, prevent the effect the others customers.
11. The facilities and equipment of room if have damaged will ask for compensation.
12. Emergency event please evacuate from safety door, or asking the server in front-desk.
13. The housekeeping items only for use in hotel, asking for take home or further please ask for server at front-desk.
14. If want Check-Out after 12:00 or making extension, please tell the front-desk server earlier.
15. The guest staying overnight, can storage luggage for free (the precious item please keep by personal), please contact the server at front-desk.
16. There is no smoking and cooking in the room, please keep safety of public.
17. The towel can’t take away, please cherish the public item.
18. Air-condition please using in control, leaving the room have to close the power.
19. The room can’t take pets.
20. If can’t arrive at the Check-In date, will seem as “no show”(It won’t refund any fee)
21. The guest who age below 18, have to provide the phone number of parents to the front-desk, and making confirm with parents by phone.
22. The room type B is for short-time period, not providing reservation ( both Internet & Telephone), only for guest whom stay for short time.
 

Reminder of Anti-fraud
‘imvr.net’ and the ‘hotels’ would not ask the tourists to cancel the function of direct debit through ATM with any reasons, nor would they inform you to change the payment conditions because you accidentally set up the account by installment. They would not ask you to provide information regarding your credit card, bank account or offer the customer service hotline of your bank/credit card, either.

(3)    官方網站訂房者!! 必定尊重本公司官方網站訂房之報價,訂房者有任意喊價之行為, 本公司有權利取消訂單!!
(4)    請依訂房報價回信約定日內付款,謝謝!!
(5)    入住時間限當日下午15:00後入住,退房時間限當日上午11:00前退房。逾時第1小時加收240元起,第2小時加收240元起,第3小時後以此推算!如需午後遷出(逾時情況)或延長居留請事先告知櫃檯,我們將另外收取費。 
(6)    單人房限住1位住宿者。(S-7加1人收NTD-250元含備品,及清潔費)
雙人房限住2位住宿者。(上舖限住1人,下舖加1人收NTD-250元含備品,及清潔費)。 
(7)    備品房內皆有依人數提供,如有需要請需要請詢問櫃檯,請另行購買。 
外出請歸還鑰匙於櫃檯存放。(遺失損壞者需賠償1000元損失) 。 
(8)    本館之租借環境,場所使用物品,展示品,租借者不得長久占據使用,租借者請勿破壞,本館租借區及物品,如有破壞損壞需承租人賠償。 
(9)    加人,加被子,或其它需求須經本館同意並視情況依規定收費。 
請愛惜公共物品使用請勿將公並裝飾用品帶走。 
(10)  房間內禁止有烹煮的行為,請遵守注意安全。本館禁止吸菸禁止攜帶寵物共住!禁止不法行為。住宿者若有違法蓄意破壞本館物品行為,本館有權沒收及取消住房者權利並賠償法律責任。 
(11)  請遵守公共區域使用時間,使用淋浴室時請於30分鐘內使用完畢!                         (請勿佔據使用太久,影嚮他人權利。)
(12)  請勿影嚮其他住客安寧,請輕聲細語,勿敲打製造噪音! 
(13)  本館有提供住宿者寄放行李服務!住客貴重物品,自行保管! 遺失不負責賠償! 或可寄放櫃檯保管,如金錢及護照等,大件物品或行李可寄放於櫃檯前方,並填寫行李單,保管金錢或貴重物品必須當面清點金額裝入信封袋,封住封口,信封口上下,並請客人簽名確認,並填寫三聯單,註明房號,姓名,  幣別,寄放日期,並簽名確認。(交還客人時必須當面點清及簽名,客人取回簽名後一律不負責。) 
(14)  服務台電話請案 ~ 9 ~
(15)  背客小窩之場所僅提供住宿者使用(及員工)一般時段不開放外人使用。 
(16)  訪客一律P.M 24:00前離開, 訪客若於規定時間未離開則加收1人250元,並讓櫃檯登記證件。 
(17)  不能在預訂日期入住酒店將被視同No-show (客人未按照預訂日期入住,且不能退款。 
(18)  訂房者必尊重本公司之報價,如訂房者有任意喊價之行為,本公司有權利拒絕訂單。 
(19)  當日現場住宿,看完現場房間後付款,房間將作保留,不接受事後變更房型及退費,如果您取消或退費,本館將會收取違約金,所有問題請於付款前確認。 
(20)  未滿18歲者住宿均須留監護人電話,以利本館確認。 
(21)  取消預定房間程序,請依本館官網公告,收取違約金;有取消或更改及延期者,己付款完成訂單均須限3個月內再完成訂房程序,如超過期限本館自動扣款不再另行通知。 
(22)  AGODA訂房入住時間為PM:18:00;本館官網及旅行社訂房入住時間為PM:15:00;退房時間皆為中午11點前。(AGODA訂房入住平日視現況可提前入住)。
